30-Day Refund and Returns Policy

At Dream Couture Boutique, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in their original condition
  • Include original tags and packaging, where applicable
  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of use

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liners or signs of use
  • Intimate apparel and undergarments
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Clearance items marked as non-returnable

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery.

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received was incorrect
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item was defective upon arrival

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Refund Process

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the information and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, size, or color, you may return an eligible item and place a new order separately.
